Just by stop consuming those foods and drinks, you already reduce your calorie intake. Replace those foods with fruits, vegetables, fish, and whole grains food, for the drinks you should only drink water and forget other drinks. If you can, cook the food by yourself because if you make your own meal you have more control on what you eat and how the meal is made.
Spread the meal into five small meals per day, this is to keep your metabolism high. And make sure that your calorie intake do not exceed your recommended amount of calories per day. That means you have to track the amount of calories of the healthy food that you eat.
