If you want to know the fastest way to lose weight without doing any exercise, then this article could give you some idea. We all know that normally if someone wants to lose weight, then the person have to do diet and combine it with exercise. For some people just doing diet is very difficult and still they have to combine it with exercising which not many people enjoy to do.

Actually you don’t have to do exercise to lose weight, and that means you have to put more effort on your diet. Although only doing diet will make you lose weight, the results won’t be as fast as if you combine the diet with proper exercise.

For the fastest way to lose weight without exercising the first thing that you should do is find out how many calories per day is recommended for a person at your age and sex. After you know the recommended amount of calories, you can start to track how many calories you consume in a day.

To track your calorie consumption, the simplest way to do this is bringing a notebook everywhere you go and you have to write down everything that you eat and drink that day, this also includes how many sugar blocks you add to your coffee.

After you write them down, find out the calorie of every food and drinks in your list. It doesn’t have to be exact just the estimation is good enough. After you list the calories for the foods and drinks, decide which food and drinks that you want to remove, some example of food and drinks that you should avoid if you want to lose weight is soda and other sugary drinks such as coffee, snacks like potato chips, fast food is a big no-no if you want to lose weight, and other deep fried food.

Just by stop consuming those foods and drinks, you already reduce your calorie intake. Replace those foods with fruits, vegetables, fish, and whole grains food, for the drinks you should only drink water and forget other drinks. If you can, cook the food by yourself because if you make your own meal you have more control on what you eat and how the meal is made.

Spread the meal into five small meals per day, this is to keep your metabolism high. And make sure that your calorie intake do not exceed your recommended amount of calories per day. That means you have to track the amount of calories of the healthy food that you eat.

Above method is the fastest way to lose weight without doing any exercise, if you consistent on doing it gradually you will lose weight although it won’t be as fast as if you also do some exercises.
