Spread your meals from three big meals a day into five or six small meals a day. Some studies said that if you eat this way your body will release less insulin and this will help you to control your hunger, and it is easier for your body to digest small amount of meal then digesting a large meal.
Cut the consumption of snacks, you might have heard this a lot of time, well, then do it. Cutting off your consumption of potato chips will improve your weight loss effort greatly. If you feel the need to snacks, then replace those potato chips with fruits and vegetables this way your health will also improve. And fruits are usually cheaper than potato chips or the likes, so bring some fruits to your workplace next time instead of potato chips.
Drink water as your primary drink, it is okay to drink juice after breakfast, but after that only drink water. Forget about drinking soda or juice, water is your only drink throughout the day. If usually you are drinking soft drink, you should replace it with water this way you will cut approximately 250 calories each day.
Exercise is one of the best ways to lose weight, I’m not talking about heavy exercise, but doing a simple thing as walking is enough exercise. You can lose about 300 calories only by doing a 45 minutes walking, this is great considering what you need to do is only walking. You can even do this in your workplace, during lunch break you can go up and down the stairs in your workplace.
