Burn Fat Lose Weight

If you want to lose weight, and you want to do it fast, then you have to burn fat there is no way around it is a simple, but effective formula burn fat lose weight. To burn a lot of fat you have to do some exercise, this is obvious I think, but there are still some people out there that neglect the important of exercise in order to lose weight and you maybe one of them.

You do not need to go to the gym to burn some fat, you don’t have to do weight lifting to burn fat, if you have the time to go to the gym, then you are lucky. For those who have no time for a regular visit to the gym, then pick up your running shoes and do some running exercise do not get too fast on your first try, do a simple constant jogging something that you can maintain for 30 minutes without having to stop.

Just doing that simple exercise will make you burn fat and lose weight. Or if you don’t have time to do a morning jog, then you might be interested do do it in the nighttime, believe it or not, there are people doing jogging in the night. Just remember to wear light colored clothes such as white when you decide to do running in the night.

It is also a good idea to buy a pair of dumbbells and combine your running with some muscle toning exercise. Pick dumbbells that is not too heavy, pick the one that you think you can do bicep curl with the dumbbell for 12 reps. Combining your running exercise with weight lifting exercise will make you burn fat and lose weight faster than just doing running, using the dumbbell do a standing bicep curl for three set with 12 reps for each set will be enough to tone your arm muscle.

Burning fat to lose weight doesn’t have to be complicated, if you don’t have the time to go to the gym, then do the exercise in your own home in the morning when you just woke up and go and do 30 minutes jog (15 minutes if you think you are not strong enough) or in the night when you get home from work. It is a good idea to try to wake up earlier in the morning to make time for your exercise. You can also do the exercise in your workplace. I have heard some people doing running during their lunch break, you might interested to try this.
