If you want to lose weight fast, you have to do exercise. Exercise is definitely one of the fast ways to lose weight. Combine regular cardiovascular training with regular weight lifting, before you do your cardio exercise do a light weight lifting exercise for about twenty minutes and then you continue with doing cardio exercise. This way you will burn fat and lose weight faster, your metabolism will also increase and your muscles will still burning calories even when you sleep when the muscles recover itself.
